Barbara Gulin 

Barbara Gulin, President and Chief Compliance Officer  

Barbara spent most of her childhood hopping around the country as her parents were Civil Service employees with the Veteran’s Administration. She is grateful to her grandfathers, both World War II veterans, and her uncles and cousins who also served in the military. Barbara and Adam have been married since 1997. When she isn’t helping Adam, or providing taxi service to their youngest daughter, you can usually find Barbara with her nose in a good book or watching a baseball game. ♦ Insurance experience since 2004 ♦ Investment experience since 2004 ♦ Co-Founder Safe Harbor Financial Planning Group, LLC. Registered Investment Advisor ♦ Series 65 Securities License (Investment Advisor). This license requires the advisor to work at the Fiduciary level, meaning the client’s needs and desires are paramount to anything else.

Jamie Weese

Jamie Weese, Founder, Weese Law Firm Jamie Weese was born and raised in Kansas City, obtaining her Bachelors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and her law degree from the University of Kansas. She worked for Commerce Trust Company immediately after law school and opened Weese Law Firm in 2011 to help the residents of KC with their estate planning, probate, and small business needs. Currently, Jamie is still active in her growing practice and is a frequent presenter on estate planning and probate topics, including continuing education classes for the National Business Institute. Jamie is active in her community as the Founding President of the USD 232 Education Foundation and on the advisory board for the First Responders Support Team - Midwest. Additionally, she is an assistant coach for Girls on the Run at her son’s school and volunteers in numerous roles at her church. In her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband and children and providing color commentary for any sporting event she is watching.
